4.無人飛行器須爲其他飛行器讓路，不得在機場附近4公裏範圍内活動。
5.操控無人飛行器飛越私人土地或房産需要征得所有權方同意，飛越公園等公共空間也需征得土地所有權方允許，但已在新規定下獲民航管理局批準的活動除外。
